Imagine it is many years in the future and that, as a result of a major global event, the Museum has lost the ability to carry out some of its primary functions: collecting and displaying artwork. Imagine you are a member of a council of representatives that must decide the Museum’s future: what might its new functions be, given the impact of potential environmental changes, political conflicts, cultural shifts, and other influencing factors?

CYBERNAUTS is an enchanting and otherworldly immersive experience that celebrates a Black history of space travel.
The activation combines visually stunning editorial photography with cutting-edge 3D augmented reality technology accessible to all through the Snapchat app.
The result is a powerful experience that will ignite the imaginations of visitors, filling them with awe for space travel in the digital age.

In a dystopian Paris, a young woman uses virtual reality to connect with her mother, who exists in a higher alternate dimension. When forced to decide between the two worlds, which will she choose?

COSMIC HAIR
Our hair is a cosmic web of information that grows from the crown chakra. Cosmic Hair depicts our hair as alive and connected to all that is. May we all learn to love the hair that nature gave us. This painting was a commission for the book Mama Don’t Know, a hair recipe book and collection of stories, interviews, and myths for curly-headed people to inspire us to recognize the magic of natural hair.

Our body is our golden ticket to the game of life. Whether black or white, female or male, or any other label we stamp onto ourselves and onto others, each body remains magical and sacred. When I am bringing a person to life on a canvas, the face and body becomes a beautiful symbol for their soul, and of all the incredible wisdom and experience held within their spirit.
